The Avaya IP Office version 5 or lower uses the Avaya Delta Server software to configure the SMDR output. If you don't have a copy of the Avaya Delta Server, you should be able to get this from your Avaya Administration CD; otherwise, otherwise speak to contact your system maintainer and they should be able to supply you with to obtain a copy of the software.

Configuring Avaya Delta Server
Please make sure Ensure the CCC Delta Server service is started, and then follow the below instructions to below to configure the Avaya Delta Server to work with TIM Plus:
- Open your On the computer running Delta Server, open a web browser and type the following in the address barnavigate to: http://127.0.0.1:8080.
- Check Ensure that the Avaya Delta Server is connected to your Avaya IP Office , by verifying the that Comms Status; this should display is displaying Comms Restored. Alternatively, select the option from the left-hand side menu and click on the button. When the system finds your Avaya IP Office unit, select this it from the Connection drop-down list and click . This should connect the Avaya Delta Server to the selected Avaya IP Office unit.Click
- When connected, click on the option from the left-hand side menu and configure each of the fields on the SMDR screen, as shown in the image below:

Configuring TIM Plus
Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to collect the SMDR data from the Avaya Delta Server::
- Log on in to TIM Plus and click on the tab.
- Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click .
