Introduction

The ReferencemacroLabel Call Cost Summary report provides a summary of the costs and markup charges applied to your calls, grouped by account code.

In addition to the presets described above, it is possible to specify a custom reporting period by choosing Custom period from the Period dropdrop-down list and specifying your own  own  Start date, Start time, End date and End time of the period you want to report on. and End dates, as shown below:

Column headerDescription
AccountThe account code associated with this cost summary.
Extension GroupThe name of the extension group.
Total calls receivedThe total number of calls received by this account code/extension group.
Total calls madeThe total number of calls made by this account code/extension group.
Professional costThe markup charge that has been added to the cost of calls for the associated account code/extension group.
Call costThe total cost of calls excluding any mark-up charges.
Total costThe total cost of calls including any mark-up charges.
