Configuring your SMDR output
Below you will find details on how Follow the steps below to configure the SMDR output on the your NEC Aspire. The programming will need to be done via PC Pro/Web Pro:
- Login Log in to your PC Pro/Web Pro software.
As the NEC Aspire has multiple ways of sending SMDR data, below are the configuration settings based on each adaptor:
AdaptorTo configure SMDR output using an IP connection, apply the following settings for each system adapter:

Configuring TIM Plus
If your NEC Aspire has been configured to send the data via TCP/IPits SMDR data using an IP connection, follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus:
- Click on the tab.
- Click on Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click .

- In the Connection method field, select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.
- In the Host field, enter the IP Address address of your NEC Aspire.
- In the Port field, enter in the port number you configured in whilst programming code 10-20-01 (above).
- Leave the Username and Password fields blank.
- In the Connection script field, select Generic Simple from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click Click on the button to apply the settings.
