Cisco UCM (below v5)

These instructions help you configure your older Cisco UCM to work with TIM Plus. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Choose the site you want to configure and click Properties.

3. In the Site Properties window, select Cisco UCM v4 DSN from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. Select Connect to a system DSN from the

   Referencemacro
   Label Connection method

    drop-down list. 
5. Select Cisco UCM v4 DSN from the

   Referencemacro
   Label DSN name

    drop-down list.
6. Enter 5 in the Frequency field.
7. Select Cisco UCM v4 DSN from the DB script drop-down list.
8. Click the Save button to apply the settings.
