Preparing the report
To schedule a report to run in the future, and to set it to recur at frequent intervals, choose the report one you 'd like want to run and from the list in the left-hand panel, then click on the Select this report button to start the report wizard, as shown below:

Select the format of the report and Once you have selected your report's parameters, click on the Schedule for later button. Please note that when you schedule a report to be emailed to you, formats like PDF and Excel are more useful.

Setting the scheduling parameters
When do you want the first report to run?
Enter the exact future date and time that you want the report to run in the boxes providedat, as shown below:

Who receives the report?
Delivery method | Description |

E-mail | in the E-mail address field. - that you want the report to be delivered to

to schedule delivery - the report to be e-mailed to more than one person,
simply use a ; or , to e-mail address- address using the ; symbol.

Who receives the report?

Notice that your newly-scheduled reports are now listed in the Scheduled reports list, panel at the bottom of your the screen, as shown below:

Editing a scheduled report
To edit a scheduled report, select it from the Scheduled reports panel, and click on the Properties button, as shown below:

To delete a scheduled report, select it from the Scheduled reports panel and click the Delete button, as shown below:
