What is a site?
A The function of a site is the top hierarchical level of your directory and its main function is to provide call logging data in TIM Plus. A site object emulates your telephone system; therefore, for each PBX you want to log in the system, a new site entity object needs to be added to the Directory. TIM Plus allows up to five sites to be logged ; if your organisation has more than five sites, you can upgrade to our TIM Enterprise productobject is to acquire call logging data from a telephone system, as well as serving as a representation of a hierarchical level in your organisation. TIM Plus allows the logging of data from up to five telephone systems and a site object must be configured for each one.

The Sites panel is located on the top-left side of your the Directory screen. you need to add an individual site entity.

Deleting a site

PLEASE NOTE: When you are deleting delete a site, you are deleting all the information contained within that site: user groups, including its users and the channels, and any calls associated with those usersitems! |
To delete a site from the Directory, select the site object you would like want to remove and , then click on the Properties button, as shown below:

window will appear. Click on the
Delete site tab at the bottom-left of the window to remove the site from the
system. Next, you Directory; a confirmation will be
asked required, to
confirm the deletion to prevent sites prevent the site being deleted accidentally.
