The Call Geography report consists of three graphical pie charts, each showing call information grouped by volume, duration and cost, along with a table containing complete information about where, geographically, you are making the calls to. An accompanying table is also shown, containing details of where - geographically - your calls are made, classified by their tariff band (e.g. , such as local, national, mobile , or international, etc.)Each segment is presenting as a percentage of the number of calls, showing you how much of the cost is made up of those types of calls. Number of calls | The number total volume of calls lists the actual number of calls made to each location. To reorder, click on the header and the report will alternate between the charge band with the most calls and the charge band with the least callscharge band location. |
% of total duration | The % of total duration shows the number of calls made to each charge band location, expressed as a percentage of the total duration of calls made. e.g. 1% of the dotal duration was spent on International calls.all charge bands. |

This is ideal if you are speaking to your carrier about issues like call capping, particularly if the average call duration is quite high. You can reorder to sort in descending and ascending order of average call duration by clicking on the header. |

The summary line at the foot of the table shows the total number of calls included in the report, the total duration of calls, average and total costs.
As with all reports produced by TIM Plus, each page of the report includes the following information:
- the report's title, e.g. Call Geography
- the date and time that the report was generated
- the name of the report, if applicable
The Web format is the most interactive of all formats: all column headers are click-sortable and most graphical and tabular elements can be drilled down into, allowing deeper analysis of your results. By clicking on the About this report link at the top-right corner of the page, you can review any filters and options that have been applied to the report.
