Configuring your SMDR output

The By default, the SMDR output of your Toshiba CIX/CTX doesn't have the SMDR output enabled by default. Please contact your phone is not enabled. Contact your system maintainer to enable the data call logging output for incoming, outgoing and internal calls.

Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Toshiba CIX/CTX:

1. Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
2. Click on the Directory tab.
3. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

4. Within In the Site Properties window, select Toshiba CIX-CTX from the PBX model drop-down list.
5. In the Connection method field, select Listen for connections from PBX from the drop-down list.
6. Leave the Host field blank.
7. In the Port field enter in 9000.
8. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
