Finding a channel

To located locate a channel in the Directory, select the Directory tab and click on the Find button at the top-right corner of the Contents panel, as shown below:

In the new window that opens, enter the name or extension number ID of the channel you are looking for, then click on the Search button. The results will appear in the same window, as shown below:

To manually add a channel in to the system, click on the Directory tab and select the group where you want the new channel to be added, then click on the Add new button at the top-right corner of the Contents panel:

Deleting a channel

To delete a channel from the system, select it and click on the Properties button at the top-right corner of the Contents panel:

In the Channel properties window that will open, click on the Delete button to remove the user channel from the Directory; a confirmation will be required, to prevent users channels being deleted accidentally.
