Configuring your SMDR output
The Avaya Matra 65xx series is outputting the SMDR data via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the between your Avaya Matra 65xx phone system to a PC that will be running NetPBX software.and the PC running netpbx. For more information about the output and configuration of the SMDR data, please contact your phone system maintainer.

Configuring TIM Plus
Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:
- Click on the tab.
- Click on Choose the site configured during the setup wizard and clickyou want to configure and click .

- In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.

<h2>Configuring TIM Plus</h2>
<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Avaya Matra 6500:</p>
<ol>
<li>Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
<li>Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>or create a new site and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>

<li>Within the <span class="reference">Site Properties</span> window, select <span class="keyword">Avaya Matra 6500</span> from the <span class="reference">PBX model</span> drop-down list.</li>
