Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to listen for collect SMDR data from your Siemens Realitis/HiPath DX:

  1. Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
  2. Click on the Directory tab.
  3. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  4. Within In the Site Properties window, select select Siemens HiPath DX from the PBX model drop-down list.
  5. In the the Connection method field, select Listen for connections from PBX from  field, select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.Leave the Host field blank
