A controller is the system object that allows you to manipulate collect and deliver your data traffic, by collecting call records from one location, such as PBXs, routers and other telecom signalling equipment, and delivering it to any output destination, different methods to perform this operation beings available. A controller comprises two elements: Inputs (data collection) and Outputs (data delivery), each of the elements being configured ..call logging data from a data source to an output location. The controller can encompass one or more inputs or outputs, and each input/output instance can invoke a different type of connection.
