Configuring your SMDR output
Below you will find instructions on how Follow the steps below to configure your Panasonic DBS Series to output SMDR data to TIM Plus. You will need to do this The configuration needs to be performed from the Operator phone:

Installing NetPBX
The NEC DXE phone The Panasonic DBS Series phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX netpbx software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting call logging data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:
- Click on the tab.
- Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard and clickyou want to configure and click .
