Aastra MX-ONE supports multiple output formats for the SMDR configuration. TIM Plus requires the SMDR format to be set to BC8, BC10 or BC13. For more information, please contact your phone maintainer.
Configuring TIM Plus
The Aastra MX-ONE phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the data from the serial port, you will first need to install NetPbx software,which then sends the SMDR to TIM Plus. For setup instructions, click on the link below:
Once NetPbx is configured and collecting data, log on to TIM Plus as usual and apply the following settings:
- Click on the tab and highlight the site configured during the setup wizard.
- Click PBX model drop-down list, select Aastra MX-ONE BC10.

For your SMDR configuration, Aastra MX-ONE has multiple output formats. TIM Plus requires the SMDR format to be set to BC8 or BC10.
Configuring TIM Plus
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Aastra MX-ONE BC10:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click or create a new site and click .
- Within the Site Properties window, select Aastra MX-ONE BC10 from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field select No connection required from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click on the button.
