To configure a controller, select it from the All controllers list, as shown below:

The Summary screen will appear, allowing you to configure the inputs and outputs of the selected controller:

Summary

The Summary section allows you to add, view or edit the data inputs and outputs of the selected controller. You can navigate to either the full list of inputs/outputs or to a specific input/output in particular.

Inputs

To add a new data input, click on the Add new button from either the Summary or the Input screen, as shown below:

A new window will open, allowing you to name the data stream input. Enter a name and click on the Add button, as shown below:

Next, you will be asked to configure how the call logging should be collected from your telephone system. The following methods are supported

• listener
• serial port
• client socket
• pipe server
• BCM SSH
• XML file
• file reader
• BCM DCOM
