The Root account is a special web user account, which allows you to access the system settings, the backup and restore functionadn TIM Enterprise, such as license details, backup and restore function etc.
When you log in to TIM Enterprise under the Root account, the following dashboard screen is displayed:
Apart from the System settings displayed as the dashboard screen, the root login will also display two new tabs - Engineering and SQL - which are not available with an Admin or Standard account.
