Choosing a connection method
Which method you use to connect TIM Enterprise to your 3CX is determined by how and where your 3CX is hosted:

Tri-Line provides comprehensive call reporting, analytics, and logging for 3CX. Through our specialized CXD connector, we gather real-time events from your 3CX system, enabling us to deliver in-depth call data, live call status and queue monitoring, and performance metrics.
The connection method for collecting call logs from your 3CX is determined by where the 3CX is hosted.
- Active connection using CXD (RECOMMENDED) - when the 3CX is self-managed i.e. Hosted in your private cloud or on your internal network.
- Active connection - when the 3CX is self-managed i.e. Hosted in your private cloud: Amazon, Google, Azure, or on your internal network.
- Listening connection - for 3CX Hosted cloud systems.
