These instructions should assist in configuring your Panasonic KX-TD Series to work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

Configuring your SMDR
Below you will find instructions on how to configure your Panasonic KX-TD Series to output SMDR to TIM Enterprise, you will need to do this from one of the Digital Proprietary Telephone (DPT): KX-T7431, KX-T7433, KX-T7436, KX-T7230, KX-T7235:
- Press and enter your System Password.
- Enter 800 and press the button.
- You will now see Outgoing:Off, press the button until you see All. When you can see All press the button.
- Press the Incoming:Off. Press the button until you see All. When you can see All press the button. button and you should see
- Press the button, the programming is now complete.
Configuring TIM Enterprise
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your BT Monarch:
- Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'BT Monarch'.
- Left-click on it and select .
- From the BT Monarch from the PBX model list. settings tab select
- In the No connection required from the Connection method list. tab select
- Finally, click on the button.
