Introduction

Call scoring

TIM Enterprise allows you to create your own score cards and rate any call for evaluation purposes. The scores can be based on any combination of the following answers:

  • Yes/No
  • A range
  • Multiple choice

Several scorecards can be created. Scorecards can have questions that apply to all teams or only specific teams.

Understanding the Results

When selecting Web as the output format, this report will appear as shown below.

All three questions types are displayed in this example. You will notice that beneath each question, the number of scores is displayed. This allows to to validate the results e.g. a 100% score is not as valid if there has only been one actual score!
