Reporting options

You have already selected the report that you want to configure and the pop-up window that appears allows you to set the parameters of the report wizard. Click on the Next button at the bottom right of the window, until you reach the Options screen. This section allows you to add more specific filters to your report. Because these options are specific to the report you are running, you will notice that they differ from report to report.

Alongside each option is an Information icon which, if clicked on, will display a help prompt for that specific option.

In the example below, the user wants to exclude weekends and transferred calls, as well as missed calls that are shorter than 3 seconds.

Run/Schedule the report

To run/schedule the report without setting any further parameters, simply click on the Finish button. To continue adding parameters, click on the Next button, which will lead you to the Format options.
