Please speak with your phone maintainer to enable the SMDR output.
Using the CAT (Customer Administration Terminal) in the system-programming mode, enter the following settings:

| CM13+05 | Enable SMDR for incoming calls to required stations. | |
| CM13+06 | Enable SMDR for outgoing calls to required stations. | |
| CM35+14 | Enable SMDR for outgoing calls to required trunk routes. | |
| CM35+49 | Enable SMDR for incoming calls to required trunk routes. | |
| CM08 | If SMDR for incoming calls is enabled, specify whether it applies to all incoming calls or only to those with Account Codes. Include ANI/Caller ID for incoming calls.
