These instructions help you configure your Cisco UCME / UC500 to work with TIM Plus. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

Login to your phone system via Telnet, using the IP address of your UCME / UC500, as shown below:
Once connected, enter the following commands to enable the UCME to send RADIUS events to TIM Plus:

Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to receive data from your Cisco UCM:
In the Client IP field, enter the IP Address of the Cisco UCME / UC500.
In the Secret field, enter the RADIUS-server key configured in the UCME (e.g. C1sco).
Finally, click on the
button to apply the settings
