These instructions help you configure your VoiSpeed PBX phone system to work with TIM Plus. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

Configuring your CDR output

The VoiSpeed phone system outputs the CDR information to a file. To configure the output, please speak to your phone maintainer.

TIM Plus can be installed on the same machine as the VoiSpeed server, however we recommend that you first confirm this with the phone engineer.

Installing NetPBX

As the output file from VoiSpeed is read-only, you will first need to install  the NetPBX software to collect the data and send it to TIM Plus. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Configuring TIM Plus

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on to TIM Plus as usual and apply the following settings:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Select the site configured during the setup wizard and clickProperties.
   
3. Within the Site Properties window, select Toshiba CIX-CTX from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connections required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
