<h4>Call volume by half hour</h4> <p>This graph shows a snapshot of today calls broken down by half hout starting at midnight and finishing at midnight. Using the same colour coding as shown above, you can quickly identify peaks and troughs in call volume and identify busy periods at a glance.</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/call_volume_2.png" alt="Call volume by half hour"/> <p>Using the same system-wide colour scheme as in the above graph, you can quickly identify peaks and troughs in call volume and identify busy periods at a glance.</p> <ul> <li><b style="color: #779122;">Green</b>: Incoming calls</li> <li><b style="color: #aadf46;">Light green</b>: Answered transferred calls</li> <li><b style="color: #2391cb;">Blue</b>: Outgoing calls</li> <li><b style="color: #94c2d9;">Light blue</b>: Outgoing non-connected calls</li> <li><b style="color: #A0A0A0;">Gray</b>: Internal calls</li> <li><b style="color: #C5A2B7;">Mauve</b>: Internal non-connected call</li> <li><b style="color: #ed1d1d;">Red</b>: Abandoned DDI calls (direct Dial in)</li> <li><b style="color: #FF0F94;">Pink</b>: Tandem call</li> </ul> <h4>Call volume by charge band</h4> <p>This graph shows a snapshot of today's calls based on the destination called. This graph allows you to identify at a glance where you call most often, breaking down your calls into easily-identifiable geographic classes, such as <span class="reference">Mobile, National, Local, International</span> etc. The example shown below shows that most of the calls made here are to personal or mobile numbers.</p> <img class="screenshot" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_plus/call_volume_3.png" alt="Call volume by charge band"/> <p>The colour scheme used in this graph is as follows:</p> <ul> <li><b style="color: #ed1d1d;">Red</b>: Personal/Mobile calls</li> <li><b style="color: #779122;">Green</b>: Local calls</li> <li><b style="color: #2391cb;">Blue</b>: National calls</li> <li><b style="color: #edef00;">Yellow</b>: International calls</li> <li><b style="color: #7d2aac;">Purple</b>: Other calls</li> </ul> |
