Reports are the means by which your telephone call data is presented to you in a visual, meaningful way. Reports can be run on demand at any time or be scheduled to run at pre-determined time(s) in the future, either regularly or as a one-off.
Although the results and presentation of each report differ substantially, running each of them involves following a very similar, wizard-style procedure.
Filters and options can be applied to all reports - some having more than others - so you can tailor each report's results to exactly the information you're looking for.
