Reporting options

This section allows you to further narrow down your report results, by excluding certain types of calls or sorting the results in a particular manner. These options are specific to the type of report you are running and will differ from report to report. Next to each option there is an icon which, if clicked, opens a help prompt describing that particular option.

In the example below, the user wants to exclude weekends and transferred calls, as well as missed calls that are shorter than 3 seconds.

Run or schedule the report

To run or schedule the report without setting any further parameters, select the Finish button, or click Next to set the Format parameters.
