The Contents panel is located on the bottom of your Directory screen. This region shows the objects contained in a specific user or channel group, given the group has been highlighted first.

If a user group is currently selected, this region will contain a list of users within that group, as shown below.

Similarly, if a channel group is currently selected, the region will show each channel within that group, as shown below:
