A controller is the system object that allows you to manipulate your data traffic, by collecting call records from one location, such as PBXs, routers and other telecom signalling equipment, and delivering it to any output destination, different connection methods beings available.

To view or edit the settings of a controllers, select it from the list, as shown below:
