An is the class of objects that allows you to structure the hierarchy of your Directory. The objects belonging to this category are: sites, groups, divisions and cost centres. A special type of group is also available, known as , which acts as a virtual container that collates disparate users from anywhere in your organisation, for reporting purposes.
The objects can be placed at any hierarchical level, allowing maximum flexibility when structuring the Directory, e.g. Cost Centres can contain Sites and Sites can contain several Cost Centres.

Site | A section of your organisation, usually designating an office branch. |
Divisions, Cost Centres, Groups and Sites can be used interchangeable in order to reflect your actual organisational structure. |
