A object is normally used to represent parts of your organisation identified through the function they performs, such as designated departments (IT, Sales, Accounts).
Divisions, Cost Centres, Group and Sites are very similar and can be used interchangeably to better reflect the internal structure of your company. |

What is a Group?

If your organisation contains a number of different groups that work completely independently, you may choose to set them up as such. Within each Group you can then place the associated sites, departments, cost centres and extensions.
|
NOTE: Divisions, Cost Centres, Group and Sites are very similar and almost interchangeable. Simply use the icons best suited to reflect your actual organisational structure. |
