A object is normally used to represent a designated office branch in your organisation.
Divisions, Cost Centres, Group and Sites are very similar and can be used interchangeably to better reflect the internal structure of your company. |

To add a site to the Directory, select the Site object from the Organisation unit list and enter a relevant name and click on the button, as shown below:
There is no limit to the number of sites you can add to the Directory. |

To configure a site, locate the object in the Directory, click on it and select Properties, as shown below:
A new window will open, where you can configure the general properties of the cost centre group, such as name, email address, ID etc, as shown below:
Additional options are available, allowing you to exclude users within this site from call statistics or, from being logged or recorded.

Do not log | Calls for this site will not be logged by TIM Enterprise. In addition, if integrated call recording is in use, no audio recordings will be available. |

<h2>What is a Site?</h2> <p>If your organisation is made up of a number of different sites, select this organisational unit and place it in the directory in a position that replicates your actual organisational structure. For example, if you classify <i>Site</i> as an actual location, simply name each site accordingly and place all cost centres, groups, department and extensions underneath as shown below:</p> <p>A site may contain any number of sub-groups or sub-sites. Each of these can also contain any number of sub-divisions.</p> |
NOTE: Divisions, Cost Centres, Groups and Sites are very similar and almost interchangeable. Simply use the icons best suited to reflect your actual organisational structure. |
<h2>Adding a Site</h2> <p>To add a Site to the Directory, simply select <span class="button">Site</span> form the <span class="reference">Organisation unit</span> list and give it a name that represents its location e.g. "London" as shown below. Then click <span class="button">Add</span> to put it in to your Directory.</p> <img class="screenshot border" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/site_1.png" alt="Adding a Site" /> <p>There are no limits to the amount of Sites you can add. As there is no limit to the depth of the hierarchy within TIM Enterprise, you may add Sites within Sites.
