The Root account in TIM Enterprise is used for maintenance purposes, allowing you to access the system settings, the database and the backup and restore function.

When logging in to TIM Enterprise with the root credentials, the following dashboard screen is displayed:

Apart from the System settings displayed in the dashboard screen, the root user is also able to access two new tabs -  Engineering and SQL - which are not available to an Admin or Standard web user.
