The Call view screen displays a live list of calls, showing each call the moment it is received from your telephone system(s) and successfully processed by TIM Plus. The call list is arranged so that the most recent calls are at the top of the list.
All calls are colour coded with the colour coding defining the call type represented as follows:
Each column header displayed in the Call view list is described in the table below:
Field name | Description |

Date | The date the call started |
Time | The time the call started |
Extn | The extension number that made or received the call. If a name has been allocated to the extension number, this will be displayed instead |
Dialled Number/CLI | The information displayed in this field is determined by the type of call:

Destination | The information displayed in this field is determined by the type of call:

Trunk | The trunk number used to carry the call. If the call is to an internal extension on the same PBX, the trunk number will be shown as 0 |
Account | The account code associated with the call, if applicable |
Tariff | The name of the tariff table that was used to cost the call, e.g. BT, C&W, Energis etc. |
Duration | The duration of the call (in hours, minutes and seconds) |
Cost | The cost of the call, for outgoing calls. Internal and other types of calls that aren't chargeable, are shown as 00.00 |
<p>This screen shows the most recent calls output from your telephone system. All you have to do is to click on the <img class="icon" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_professional/call_view_button.png" /> button on the function button panel of the main screen. This feature can be disabled if you prefer to have the extension number only displayed.</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="confluenceTd"><b>Dialled Number/CLI</b></td> <td class="confluenceTd">For outgoing calls it will show the number dialled, if the call was an internal call it will show the extension number that was dialled. For inbound calls the number of the caller (Caller Line ID/CLI) will be displayed (assuming it hasn't been withheld).</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="confluenceTd"><b>Destination</b></td> <td class="confluenceTd">For outgoing calls the destination that was dialled is shown. For incoming calls the action of the incoming call is shown instead e.g. answered, abandoned etc. <p>Where an internal extension has been dialled the extension dialled will be shown in square brackets <span class="keyword">[ ]</span> as the call destination.</p> <p>Incoming calls are displayed in normal brackets <span class="keyword">( )</span> and an indication of whether the call was answered, abandoned or transferred.</p></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="confluenceTd"><b>Trunk</b></td> <td class="confluenceTd">The number of the trunk or line used to carry the call will be shown here.
