<p>The filters option allows you to add one or more filters to the report to allow you to sift through information in more detail. To add a filter, simply choose the relevant filter and press the <spanclass="button">Add</span> button to add to the report. You may add more than one filter to any report. </p> <img src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_enterprise/add_filter.png" alt="Add filter" /> <h4>Account code</h4> <p>If your telephone system provides the ability to add account codes, you may filter by entering the account code here.
