TIM Enterprise allows you to create your own score cards and rate any call for evaluation purposes. The scores can be based on any combination of the following answers:

	<li>Yes/No</li>
	<li>A range </li>
	<li>Multiple choice </li>
</ul>

<h2>Understanding the Results</h2>

<p>When selecting <span class="reference">Web</span> as the output format, this report will appear as shown below.</p>

 <p>All three questions types are displayed in this example. You will notice that beneath each question, the number of scores is displayed. This allows to to validate the results e.g. a 100% score is not as valid if there has only been one actual score!</p>
