Scorecards can have questions that apply to all teams or only specific teams. </p> <p> ********** EXAMPLE OF A SCORECARD HERE **********</p> </p> <h2>Understanding the Results</h2> <p>When selecting <span class="reference">Web</span> as the output format, this report will appear as shown below.</p> <p>All three questions types are displayed in this example. You will notice that beneath each question, the number of scores is displayed.
