<h2>What are they?</h2> <p>Reports are the means by which information about your telephone calls and traffic are extracted from the system. They can be run at any time, on demand, or scheduled to run at certain times, and set to recur if necessary. When scheduling a report you can, at any time in the future, decide to alter that report's parameters or delivery details - you can also assign a custom, or 'friendly', name to it.</p> <p>In addition to running reports from the Reports screen in the main application, reports can be generated on demand via a web browser, connected to the application's web server, from anywhere in the world where a connection can be established.</p> <p>Clicking on the <span class="button">Reports</span> function button switches to the Reports Screen.</p> <h2>The Reports Screen</h2> <p>From here, reports can be run immediately or scheduled for running at a later date.
