<h2>Introduction</h2>

<p>Quickly identify the top 50 calls in terms of cost or duration, for your
whole organisation, or a specific group of extensions.  This is
useful for uncovering abuse or for identifying who is making
expensive types of calls, for example calls to Directory Enquiries.</p>

<h2>Running the report</h2>

<p>On the Reports screen, either double-click on the <span class="reference">Top 50 Calls</span> report in the reports
list or select the <span class="reference">Top 50 Calls</span> report and press the <img class="icon" src="http://www.tri-line.com/common/img/documentation/tim_professional/run_now_button.png" /> button, as shown below:</p>

<p>The following report selection criteria window appears:</p>

<h4>Select a report period</h4>

<p>You need to select a time period for which you want the report to produce
information for.  You can select a pre-set period from the drop-down
list.</p>

<p>The default is set to  <span class="keyword">Last Month</span> (the period from the first day to the last day of the previous calendar month, and NOT the last 30 days).</p>

<h4>Or enter your own custom period</h4>

<p>To select a period of your own, choose a custom period from the list, then enter your start and end dates and times in the boxes provided.</p>

<h4>Choose a site to report on</h4>

<p>If your system is set-up to administer multiple sites, you have the
option of selecting a particular site here.  Select the blank line
(or leave the box empty) to report on all of your sites.</p>

<h4>Choose an extension group</h4>

<p>You may want to concentrate on a specific group of extensions; in this
case, select the group of interest from the drop-down list, or leave
blank so as not to specify a particular extension group.</p>

<h4>Choose a particular extension</h4>

<p>To find out the top 50 calls made by one extension in particular, type that extension's number in the box provided.</p>

<h4>Type(s) of call</h4>

<p>The default is to report on all calls. If you would like to report on incoming only, or outgoing only, select from the menu.</p>

<h4>Order results by</h4>

<p>The default is to order by cost. To change and order by duration, simply select from the short list.</p>

<h2>Creating the Report</h2>

<p>When you have chosen a reporting period, and are happy with your selections, click on the <span class="button">Run Now</span> button.</p>

<p>The report subscribes to the universal format, including the report's title, a friendly name assigned by you (if applicable), and the usual reporting period and any extra criteria you selected.</p>

<p>The body of the report is a table showing the top calls, arranged as columns, with the following headers:</p>

			<td class="confluenceTd">The number and any name of the extension that made or received the call.</td>

			<td class="confluenceTd"><b>Destination</b></td>
			<td class="confluenceTd">Outgoing calls show the destination where the call terminated. For incoming calls the type is shown here, eg. answered, abandoned etc.</td>

			<td class="confluenceTd"><b>Tel Number / CLI</b></td>
			<td class="confluenceTd">For outgoing calls the number as it was dialled is show. For incoming calls, if available, the CLI (Calling Line Identification) is shown.</td>

			<td class="confluenceTd"><b>Duration</b></td>
			<td class="confluenceTd">The duration of the call in hours, minutes and seconds format.</td>

			<td class="confluenceTd">For outgoing calls, the cost of the call is shown in the local currency.</td>
