Configuring your SMDR
The Mitel Imagination SX2000 phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the Mitel Imagination the Mitel SX2000 phone system to the PC that NetPBX software is installed and running on. However, by default the Mitel SX2000 doesn't have the SMDR enabled . For by default, so you will need to speak with your phone maintainer for more information about the output and configuration of your SMDR data, please contact your phone maintainer.
