Configuring your SMDR
The The LG GDK phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the LG GDK phone system has the SMDR output disabled by default.You to the PC that NetPBX software is installed and running on.
However, the LG GDK doesn't have SMDR output enabled by defalut, so you will need to speak with your phone maintainer to enable the SMDR logs for outgoing, incoming and abandoned calls.
