The Avaya Network Alchemy uses the Avaya Call Log software to configure the SMDR data, which will be outputted to a file. If you don't have a copy of the Avaya Call Log application, you should be able to get this from your Avaya Administration CD, otherwise speak to your system maintainer and they should be able to supply you with a copy of the software.

The Avaya Call Log needs to be installed on the same machine as TIM Plus and as it's not running as a service, you need to ensure the application is never shut down, in order to receive all of the SMDR data from the phone system. |
