Avaya Network Alchemy

1. Start the Avaya Call Log application.
2. From the File menu option, click on Select Unit button.
3. In the first field enter the IP address of your Avaya Network Alchemy.
4. In the second field enter the password for your Avaya Network Alchemy and click the OK button.
5. Go back to the File menu option and click on Log Option. The Select Logging Information window will open.
6. Click on the Periodic radio button.
7. Now in Within the Log Filename field enter the following: C:\program file\tri-line\tim plus\spool\data.{sitecode}. To find out what your

   is, browse to TIM Plus, click on the Directory tab and hover over the site you want to send the data to. The site code should appear as shown in the screenshot below:
