Installing NetPBX
The Aastra MX-ONE phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Configuring TIM Plus
Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on to TIM Plus as usual and apply the following settings:
- Click on the Directory tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click Properties or create a new site and click Properties.

- Within the Site Properties window, select AGFEO from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field select No connection required from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click on the Save button to apply the settings.

<p>For your SMDR configuration, Aastra MX-ONE has multiple output formats. TIM Plus requires the SMDR format to be set to <span class="keyword">BC8</span> or <span class="keyword">BC10</span>.</p>
<h2>Configuring TIM Plus</h2>
<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Aastra MX-ONE BC10:</p>
<ol>
<li>Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
<li>Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span> or create a new site and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
