Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to collect the SMDR data from your Avaya BCM:

1. Log on in to TIM Plus and click on the Directory tab.
2. Select the site you configured during the setup wizard and click Properties.

3. Within the Site Properties window, select Avaya BCM from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.
5. In the Host field, enter the IP address of your Avaya BCM.
6. In the Port field, enter in 4000.
7. In the Username field, enter in CDR Userthe username of the CDR user you configured with the BCM Unified Manager (above).
8. In the Password field, enter in CDR User againthe password associated with the CDR user.
9. In the Connection script field, select Avaya BCM v3 from the drop-down list.
10. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
