Who receives the report?

Choose the delivery method for your report from the available drop-down list:

Delivery methodDescription

E-mail

  • Enter the e-mail address of the person you want the report to be delivered to
  • If you want the report to be e-mailed to more than one person, use ; or , to separate each entry

File
  • Type the location of the folder you want the report to be saved, followed by the report's name, e.g. C:\My Reports\My Call Analysis.html
  • To save the report on a shared network drive, please check our Knowledgebase for instructions

Notice that your newly scheduled reports are now listed in the Scheduled reports panel at the bottom of your the screen, as shown below:

A new window with the properties of the report will open, where you can edit the period, entity, filters, options and format of the scheduled report.

To delete a scheduled report, select the report you wish want to delete from the Scheduled reports panel and click on theDelete button, as shown below.:
