To schedule a report, choose the report you would like to run and click on the
button to start the report wizard, as shown below:The same way as with running a report on demand, you may need to select the report period, entity, filters, options and format before scheduling. If you wish to change any of the report's parameters, refer to the pages below:
If you do not want to change any of the default settings, click on the
button, as shown below:Select the format of the report and click on the
button.In the new window that opens you can set the scheduling parameters of your report:

Enter the date and time when you want the report to run, as shown below:
If you want the report to recur, tick the box and select from the drop-down list the time interval you want the report to rerun, as shown below:
The report can be delivered via e-mail or saved in a specified location. Choose the delivery method from the available drop-down list:

When you have configured all of the scheduling parameters, click on the
button to save the report's definition.Notice that your newly scheduled reports are now listed in the Scheduled reports panel at the bottom of the screen, as shown below:

To edit a scheduled report, select the report you want to configure from the Scheduled reports panel, and click on the button, as shown below:
A new window with the properties of the report will open, where you can edit the period, entity, filters, options and format of the report.

To delete a scheduled report, select the report you want to delete from the Scheduled reports panel and click the button, as shown below:
