What is a billing charge?
A A
is a monetary amount that can be appended to a Billing Report, in addition to standard call charges. A Billing Charge can be a percentage charge or a fixed charge and can be applied to an entire bill, to each call or to a user's sub total. There is no limit to the number of Billing Charges that can be added to the Directory and the priority of each one can be specified to determine the order in which they appear on the final Billing Report.
