Configuring the TCP connection

By default, the Unify OpenScape Business phone system send its SMDR output via HTTPS. To send the data via a TCP connection, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log on to OpenScape Business Assitant with

  2. Click on

    in the navigation tree.
  3. Click on

  4. In the
    Referencemacro
    LabelCDR system
    section, select
    Keywordmacro
    LabelLAN-TCP-Client
      from the drop-down list
  5. In the

    LabelTCP-Client
    field, enter the IP address of the PC running TIM Plus and the port number you want to use for the output, as shown in the screenshot below:
