Echo's call obfuscation tool automatically masks out sensitive parts of phone calls when users are using nominated web pages. When the system detects a nominated web page, the obfuscation begins, and any audio will be immediately and irreversibly overwritten with the tone specified in the /audio/obfuscation/tones/ section of the settings.xml file. Obfuscation, stops when the user closes this web pageautomatically begins.
How it works
TIM Plus or TIM Enterprise in conjunction with our Echo Recording software records the call audio at strategic boundaries in your telecom infrastructure - usually your organisation's telephone lines, rather than each user's telephone handset - some reconciliation is normally required between those boundaries and the actual agent that handled the call.

Assumptions

- You have a licensed copy of TIM Plus or TIM Enterprise that includes Echo voice recording
- Your installation is at least version 3.0.0.116
- You have downloaded the Echo Obfuscator tool from Google Chrome
