<p>To configure the User's properties, simply left-click on it and select <span class="button">Properties</span> from the pop-up menu, as shown below:</p>

<h2>General properties</h2>

<p>Simply enter the user's details as shown in the screen below. If you export all the user properties 
and provide us with a list, we can write a script to import and save on 
configuration time.</p>

<h2>Features</h2>

<p>You can then choose the Features you would like applied to this User.
 e.g. you may not want to record calls for this user or you may want to 
provide e-mail notification of abandoned calls. After configuring your User's Features, click <span class="button">Save</span>.</p>

<p>If you have re-allocated an extension number to another user, you may
 mark the original user to <span class="reference">Do not log calls for this user</span> so that 
calls are not logged. This means that calls originally logged remain 
with that user, but from the point where the extension number was moved 
to another user, calls are allocated there.</p><table class="confluenceTable">
